CAPPS SOLUTIONS worked closely with Transit Link to develop a mobile app, TransitLink Mobile Services, in Apple iOS and Google Android platforms.

TransitLink Mobile Services provides ease of access of TransitLink services at anytime and anywhere. Users can perform New Senior Citizen Concession Card Application, Lost Concession Card Replacement, Lost Concession Card Enquiry and filing Customer Claim. Photos and documents can be uploaded via the App and payment via eNETS.

It incorporates a comprehensive e-Guide with 6 major modules: Bus, Bus Interchange, MRT/LRT Fares & Travel Times, MRT Station Map, Road and Place enquiry with SBST and SMRT integrated information such as estimated travel times, fares and arrival times.

Locate Us module provides information about TransitLink Offices and Add Value Machines.

Though the app is fairly 'new' and 'young' since its launch in July 2013, it managed to be ranked as one of the six Finalists at the SiTF (Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation) Award 2013. Enhancements are planned for the app and we believe it has the potential to be ranked higher next year.
