Invited by ESG to participate in A*STAR SME to showcase how our InSightTM Servicing is incorporated with Augmented Reality.
InSightTM Servicing (Augmented Reality) Remote Assistance module allows expert advice to be provided through mobile devices.
Site inspectors can use mobile devices to provide live video streams on-site to experts such as qualified engineers who are off-site.
Experts can place markers on a live video stream and use various annotation tools to help get their messages across. Text chatting is also an option.
Furthermore, each stream is audited - Voice, Video and Text Chats are all saved and tagged to the originating inspection for future references.
